At 7:00 PM ET Alicia will be demonstrating how to make a Chocolate-Cherry Ice Cream Cake, well we discuss our favorite cooling delectable. Please grab a pint, Popsicle, push-up, or other frozen yummy and join us as we celebrate the beginning of the second hottest month of the year!
After that, we will be doing Wolf-PAC jigsaw puzzles online. True story, we have taken some pictures from workshops and statehouses and turned them into jigsaw puzzles!!

Ingredients for the 9-inch spring-form Chocolate-Cherry Ice Cream Cake:
Crust:
- 1-1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 15 cookies) and 2 tablespoons butter melted.
- OR Frozen Oreo/chocolate crust cut to fit the bottom of the springform pan
Filling:
- 4 cups cherry ice cream, softened if necessary
- 8 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips, divided
- 4 cups fudge ripple ice cream, softened if necessary
- Sweetened whipped cream, optional
- 12 fresh sweet cherries
