Having trouble logging in?
Log-in trouble happens, and when it does it can be frustrating. This page is here to help.
If you are still having trouble, reach out to us and we will make sure you get in and on track.
Some things to be aware of:
- You need to log in to your account before you can manage your donation setting.
- When you make a donation, that does not automatically create an account for you.
- The email of the account you log into needs to match the email used when donating.
I can’t log in!
You might not have an account to log into, even if you are a recurring donor.
To fix this, make a new account using the same email you used when donating. Once you log into that, you should be able to edit your donation.
I can’t remember what email I used to donate!

I can log in, but the system does not recognize me as a recurring donor!
The email on your account and the email on your donation probably don’t match so the system does not know you are the same person.
You can either make a new account with the email you used to donate and edit right away through that, or you can contact us and ask us to change the donation record email to match the one you prefer to use.
